Forest set for "Sobre el Mar"

2026.

Wood, Dry wall, Acrylic Paint, Fabric, Wool, Earthenware, Stoneware and Paper.

This set was designed with the intention of creating a versatile and customizable space. While storyboarding the film, it was crucial to have an environment that allowed the scenery to change in order to benefit the shot composition as well as consider the camera angles and espacial needs.

The trees had bolts that could be placed around the set, ceramic trees had two finishes (half-glazed and half-unglazed) so that they could portray the different emotional stages of the main character without compromising material and time, and rocks were fabricated with foam to facilitate mobility and placement thanks to the lightness of the material.
